Niall pulled on my hand almost pulling me into a run. “Where are we going?” I asked again. He ignored me and walked on. His hand felt warm against mine as he pulled me along the sidewalk. Finally I saw flashing lights. “The London Eye?” I asked. Niall turned around, a smile on his face, “Yup, best damn thing in London if I do say so myself.” He pulled on my hand and led me to the arcade. Reaching a small little booth, I looked at the sign. “Love Tester.” I read out loud. Niall pulled my hand and placed it on the monitor as he placed his next to mine. The pink bar moved up and down before it stopped at 90%. “You are 90% compatible!” The woman said. She handed Niall a stuffed heart, and he handed it to me. “Here is my heart.” He giggled. I smiled as he grabbed my hand once again. He led me to the large Ferris wheel; The London Eye. I gulped as I saw it. Niall turned to me, his eyebrows furrowed, “You gonna be ok?” He asked. I nodded, shaking away my fear. “Next!” The man yelled. Niall pulled my hand into one of the carts. The man closed the door and I slowly felt the car rise. A worried look came upon my face, I’ve always been afraid of heights. “Don’t worry Jamie, I got you.” Niall smiled. He wrapped his arms around me, leaning against the wall. He propped his feet on the bench as he pulled me onto his lap. We looked out the window to see the view; we were almost near the top.
Reaching the top, I could see all of London. “The view is…beautiful.” I gasped awestruck. “Almost as beautiful as you.” Niall whispered. I smiled, laying my head on his chest. He finally removed his sunglasses as I looked up into his gorgeous blue eyes. He smiled down at me, his smile glowing. On the ride back down I sat up and turned to Niall, “Why does London have to be so much prettier than California?” Niall chuckled and protested, “That is not true.” I cocked my head to the side like a confused puppy. He continued, “California must be gorgeous, I mean, after all, it has you in it.” He winked at me before saying under his breath, “God I’m cheesy.” I giggled as his cheeks turned red. The car finally came to a stop at the bottom. Niall let me down, and then got himself up. The man at the bottom of the Ferris wheel slid open our doors. Swarms of girls suddenly turned their heads; Niall forgot to put his hoodie and glasses back on. “Shit.” Niall said under his breath. I gave him a worried look before he whispered in my ear, “I’m so sorry.” I gave him a look of worried reassurance before he let go of my hand. He sprinted at full speed towards the nearest taxi. “I hope he’s ok…” I thought.
I grabbed a taxi ride home after an amazing day. I unlocked my hotel room door and flopped facedown onto my bed. My phone started to ring, and I groaned to pick it up. Sitting up, I grabbed my phone off the table; it was my Mom. “Hello?” I answered. “Jamie. Why aren’t you home yet?” My mother asked in a stern tone. “Mom I’m staying in London for a few weeks. I will be home soon. And I know you’re pissed, but can we talk about something?” I asked. She sighed before answering, “Shoot.” “Well…I think I’m falling in love.” I answered. “What? With who?” She yelled back at me. “Niall Horan, from One Direction.” I replied quietly. I heard her let out a snort before continuing, “Really honey?” She asked in a tone that told me she was on the verge of cracking up. My phone beeped as I finished talking; it was a text. “Hey Mom, I got to go. Love you, bye.” I replied quickly before hanging up. I looked at the text: “Hey Jam, I’m so sorry about earlier. I was stupid not to put the disguise back on. Perfect day ruined :/ but if you’ll let me make it up to you, meet me on the roof in 5 minutes. –Niall” I smiled at the words. “The perfect day continues.” I muttered under my breath with a smile.
I walked up the stairs to the roof, to hear an acoustic guitar playing, it was so dark, I could barely see anything. I walked forward to see gorgeous blue eyes glowing in the moonlight. “Yes I like the way you smile with your eyes, other guys see you but don’t realize that it’s m-my loving. There’s something ‘bout your laugh that makes me wanna have to, there’s nothing funny so we laugh at n-n-nothing.” Niall sang, his eyes staring into mine the whole time. He stopped playing and looked at me. “I finally heard you sing.” I said with a smile. Niall removed his guitar and stepped closer to me. He pulled me in by my hips, wrapping his arms around me. “Every minute’s like our last so, let’s just take it real slow, forget about the clock that’s t-t-ticking.” Niall sang, his gorgeous voice echoing through the neighborhood. “I still feel it every time, it’s just something that you do.” Niall sang quietly. He put a finger under my chin, lifting my head up to look at him. “It’s everything about you.” Niall whispered as he moved in slowly. He closed his eyes as I closed mine. His lips pressed against mine as I felt the passion with every lip movement. My heart was beating a mile a minute as I moved my hand up to the back of his neck. He rubbed my back, kissing me slowly. He pulled away slowly, leaving me wanting more. “I’ve been waiting to do that for a while.” Niall smiled.
